Ordered,
That the Bill, with the Amendments, be ingrossed.

The Order of the Day being read;
The Houfe proceeded to the further Hearing of the Matters of the several
Petitions, complaining of an undue Election and Return for the County of
York.

And the Counsel were called in.

And the Counsel for the Petitioner Sir Rowland Winn< no role > Baronet , and the
other Petitioners, whose petition complains of an undue Election and Return
of Sir Miles Stapylton< no role > Baronet for the said County, examined several Wit-
voted for the paid Sitting Member at the said Election.

And the Counsel were directed to withdraw.

Ordered,
That the further Hearing of the Matters of the paid Petitions be adjourned
till Tuesday next.

And then the House adjourned 'till To-Morrow.
