To the Right Worshipfull His Majesties Justices of the
peace for the County of Middlesex at their General Quarter
Sessions of the Peace Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of
the Parish of Saint Mary of Stratford Bore in the
said County

Sheweth


That by a Warrant or Order under the hands and Seals of
John Milner< no role > and Robert Hucks< no role > Esqrs. two of his Majesties
Justices of the peace for the said County of Middlesex (one
being of the Quorum) bearing date the Second day of
this Instant January William Henley< no role > was removed from
the Parish of Saint Giles in the Fields in the said County
to the sd. Parish of Saint Mary of Statford Bow in the same
County as the place of his last legal Settlement

By which said Warrant or Order of the said
two Justices of the peace your Petitioners
conceive themselves Agrieved and humbly
Appeal to this Court against the same
praying such relief in the premisses as to
your Worships shall seem meet

And your Peticoners will Ever Pray
