Offence On [..] One of the sd. Days he is to be Set in Drury Lane near the
End of Long Acre and on the other Day at Charing Cross & he is ordered
to find Sufficient Sureties before John Martin< no role > and Anthony
Chamberlain
< no role > Esqrs . (to whom it is referred to take such Sureties) for
his Good behaviour for the Space of Two years from the Expiration
of the said One year To remain in the House of Corretion aforesaid
untill he under goe the said Punishments & find Such Sureties then
to be Delivered

Who hath pleaded not Guilty to an Indictment against him for falsely
Accuseing one Jonah Pack< no role > that he had Committed the Crime of Lodeing
and unlawfully did Obtain from the said Jonah One Promisory Note under
his hand for the Payment of five Pounds five Shilling on Demand unto
one Mr. Harburd under the Pretence of Concealing the said Supposed
Crime and not prosecuting the said Jonah for the same Whereas the
said Josiah never was quilty of any such Crime is ordered to find
Sufficient Sureties for his Personall Appearance at the next Session
of oyer and Terminer to be holden for this County to try his Traverse
upon the said Indictment It remain till he find Such Sureties then
to be Delivered Paying his Fees 0..4..8
