committed to the House of Correction at Clerkenwell on the
petrs. complaint for being a loose idle & disorderly Apprentice
And the petr. therefore prayed that this Court would be
pleased to discharge the petr. from his said Apprentice,
the matter of which petition was appointed to be heard and-
determined by this Court on this present Friday the twelfth
day of September instant, Now upon hearing of what was
alledged by the said David Wheatly the petr. and his Councel
and also by the said William Cook< no role > being brought before this
Court to answer the premisses, And upon examination into the
truth of the matters aforesaid It appeareth to this Court that-
the said william Cook< no role > the Apprentice hath in an illegal
manner imbezled the money of his said Master David wheatly,
and that he hath threatued to cleave his said Master down
with a pairing shovel, and that he declared he knew his said Master's-
busyness tho he would not do it, And that he threatued to do-
his said Master all the mischeife he could, And that he was
a very disorderly Apprentice, Wherefore And For that the
said William Cook< no role > doth now consent in this Court that this
Court should discharge him from his said apprentice hood to-
the said David Wheatly, And For that the said David
wheatly doth also consent unto and desire such discharge It
is Ordered by this Court that the said William Cook< no role > be and
he is hereby absslutely discharged of and from his said apprentice-
hood to the said David Wheatly, And wee whose hands & [..]

the peace for this County (one of us being of the Quorum) present
at the said Sessions have pronounced & declared and do pronounce
& declare that for the reasons aforesaid wee have discharged
and do accordingly discharge the said William Cook< no role > of & from his
apprenticed hood to the said David Wheatly< no role > , Dated under our hands
& seales the said twelfth day of September in the said ninth
yeare of the reign of our said sovereign Lord King George the second,
