Wee whose Names are hereunto subscribed & sett Justices
of the peace for the said County of Middx Doe hereby
Certifye unto his Majestyes Justices of the peace for the
same County in their Quarter Sessions Assembled
that Wee have perused and Inspected Nine Severall
Certificates Given by some of his Majestyes Justices of
the Peace for this County Unto James Bennett< no role > and
John Harding< no role > Petty Constables of Uxbridge in the
said County for their loss of time & Expences in passive
of Vagrants And Do find that the Vagrants menconed
in such Certificates were Regularly Passed And
that the Sume of Four Pounds and Six Shillings
isJurblyDue to them the said James Bennett< no role > and
John Harding< no role > And Do find the same to be Just and
Reasonable pursuant to the Rates Ascertained by a
Order Made at the Generall Quarter Sessions of the
Peace held for this County by Adjornment on the
Eleventh day of May in the second yeare of the Reign
of her late Majesty Queen Anne These are
therefore to Order the Treasurer of the vagrant
Money for the time being to pay Unto them the said
James Bennett< no role > & John Harding< no role > the said Sume.,
of Four Pounds & Six Shillings And this Shall be
his Warrant Given under our hands the 25th.
day of Aprill 1728
