At the Generall Sessions of the Peace of our Sovereigne Lord
the King holden for the County of Middlesex at Hicks Hall in
St. John Street in the Countyof Middlesex aforesaid by adjournment on Saturday
the Twenty fourth day of May in the Eighth year of the Reigne of
our Sovereigne Lord George the Second King of Great Britain
France and Ireland Defender of the Faith

A Tresspass and Misdemeanor
is ordered to find Sufficient Sureties before William Miller< no role > Esqr
(to whom it is referred to take such Sureties) for his personall
Appearance at the next Generall Quarter Sessions of the Peace
to be holden for this County to try his Traverse upon the said
Indictment And he is ordered to give timely Notice of the names
and Places Abode of such Sureties to the Prosecuter of the
said Indictment in order that their Sufficinces may be
Inquired if into to remain till he find such Sureties then to
be Delivered Passing his Fees £0..4s..8d
