Sheweth


That there is due to Your Petitioners the sume of
Four Pounds & Six Shillings as appears by Certificate under
the hands of Sir George Cooke< no role > Knight James Rogers< no role > and
John Weedon< no role > Esqrs : Three of his Majesties Justices of the
Peace for the County of Middlesex hereunto annexed.

Your Petitioners therefore humbly Pray that
Your Worshipps will be Pleased to give an
Order to Edward Scott< no role > One of the High Constables
of Uxbridge Division to pay Your Petitioners
the said Sume of Four Pounds and Six Shillings

And Your Petitioners in Duty Bound Shall ever Pray Etc:
