Whereas at the last Sessions of the peace held for the
County of Middx you indicted me by the name of Elizabeth
Sparrow< no role > Spinster for Assaulting & beating you to which
Indictmt. at the said sessions I pleaded a plea of Misnomer
& that my true name is Elizabeth< no role > the wife of James
Hudson< no role > & not Elizabeth Sparrow< no role > .

These are therefore to give you notice that unless you
put in a replicacon to the said Plea on or before [..]
Saturday next [..] ten of the Clock in the forenoon
being the twenty seventh Day of this Instant April
I will then & there appear on my Recognizance & pray
the Court that my said plea may be allowed for want
of such replicacon Dated this 19th Day of April 1734
