Take notice that I Intend to appear before his
Majesties Justices of the Peace for the County of Middlesex at their
general Quarter Sessions of the Peace to be held by adjournment at
Hicks's Hall in Saint John Street in and for the said County on
Wednesday next the Twenty fourth Day of this Instant april at Ten
of the Clock in the forenoon on the same Day and then and there plead
Guilty to the Inditement preferred against me by you Dated this
Twenty Second Day of April 1734
