Justices of the Peace for the County of
Middlesex in their General Quarter Sessions
of the Peace Assembled.

The humble Petition of John Castle< no role >

Humbly Sheweth


That Your Petr: was committed to New Prison on
Tuesday last for Offending & misbehaving himself before this
Worshipful Court

That Your Petr: was at the Time of so misbehaving
Over come with Liquor & is heartily Sorry for this great Offence
and very willing to make all due Submission & humbly to ask
Pardon

That Your Petr: is a poor labourious Person & gets
his Livelyhood by setting Herbs & Fish

Therefore Your Petr: most humbly
implores this Honourable Court will
have Compassion on him & be pleased to
Order that he may be discharged from his
Imprisonment

And Your Petr: shall ever Pray Etc
