Whereupon at the request of the Petrs. It is Ordered
by this Court that the benefit of the said appeale
be saved Unto them, And that the hearing and
determining thereof be and the same is hereby
adjourned Untill the next General Sessions of the
peace to be holden for the said County of Middx,
And that the Church wardenof the s [..] & Overseers
of the poor of the said parish of st. Andrew Holborn
above the Barrs (upon notice of this Order) and
all persons concerned doe attend the Court of the
said next General Sessions of the peace to be
holden for the same County by adjornment on
Tuesday the fourth day of December next at ten
of the clock in forenoon to heare & abide the
Judgement & determination of the same Court
touching the said appeale,
