At the General Quarter session of the peace of our
Sovereign Lord the King holden for the County of
Middx at Hicks hall in St. John street in the County
aforesaid by adjornment on Monday the eighth
day of October in the Seventh yeare of the regin of
our sovereign Lord George the Second King of Great
Britain France & Ireland Defender of the Faith
before William Cooper< no role > John Martin< no role > Alexander
Garret
< no role > Paul Hensch< no role > Esqrs . & other their Follows
Justices of our said Lord the King assigned to keep
the peace in the County aforesaid and alsoe to heare
& determine divers felonys trespasses & other evil
deeds comitted in the same County,

Upon the humble petitionofand appeale of the
Church wardens & Overseers of the poor of the
Parish of Burnham in the County of Bucks

exhibited unto this Court setting forth That by
warrant or Order under the hands & seales of
Nathaniel Booth< no role > & Thomas Thayer< no role > Esqrs. two of his
Maties Justices of the peace for the County of Middx
(whereof one being of the Quorum) bearing date the
first day of October instant Richard Callcutt< no role > Elizabeth< no role >
his wife and their two children (to witt) Thomas< no role >
aged about seven yeares & John< no role > aged about
fourteen Months were removed & conveyed from
the parish to saint Andrew Holborn above the
Barrs in the sd. County of Middx to the said Parish of
Burnham in the County of Bucks alledging therein
that the said parish of Burnham is the place of the
last legal settlement of the said Richard Callcutt< no role >
Elizabeth his wife & their two children and whither
by Law they ought to be sent, And that the Petrs.
thinking themselves aggreived by the said Order of the
said two Justices appeale against the same to this Court
