And who hath pleaded Guilty to an Indictment agt. him for an Assault
is Fined for the said Offence 1s. which is ordered to be Estreated and he is to
Delivered out of New prison aforesaid And is comitted to the House
of Correction at Clerkenwell in this County there to be kept to hard
Labour for Seven Days then to be Delivered paying his Fees
