WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto Us two of
His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the County of Mid-
dlesex,(Quorum Onus)whereof one being of the Quorum by the Church Wardens and Overseers of
the Poor of the Parish of St. Andrew, Holborn, above the Bars in
the said County; ThatRichard Callcutt< no role > Elizabeth< no role > his
wife and their two Children to wit Thomas< no role > aged
about seven Yeares and John< no role > aged about Fourteen
months have
lately come into the said Parish, endeavouring to settle and Contrary
to Law; And it appeareth unto Us the said Justices, and we do
Adjudge, Thathe islikely to become chargeable to the
said Parish, and upon Examination ofthe said Richard
Callcutttaken upon Oath;
it further appeareth unto Us, and we do likewife Adjudge, That
the parish of Burnham in the County of
Bucksis the Place of the last
legal Settlement of the saidRichard Callcutt< no role > Elizabeth
his wife and their two Children to wit Thomas

These are therefore in His Majesty's Name, to Charge and Command
the Church-Warden and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of
St. Andrew, Holborn, above the Bars , forthwith to remove and con-
vey the saidRichard Callcutt< no role > Elizabeth his wife and
their two Children to wit Thomas and John
from the said Parish of St. Andrew, Holborn, above the Bars , to the
said Parish ofBurnham
and deliverthem
to the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor there, or to some
or one of them, Who are hereby required to provide forthem
according to Law: Given under our Hands and Seals the first
