Depont. did leave a true Copy of the notice hereunto
annext on Saturday last being the thirteenth day
of this Instant October about the hour of eight
on the morning with Margarett Wright< no role > a Servant
to Sr Robert Grovesnor< no role > Baront . at his dwelling
house at Mill Bank & this depont. further saith
that he did then enquire after James Percival< no role >
the Psecutor of this Indictmt. & the said Margarett
did then inform this Depont. that the sd. Peircival
[..] had left the service of Sr Robt. Grovesnor< no role >
&waslived at the City of Chester & was sword
Bearer to the Mayor of that City & this Depont.
further saith that he then asked the said Margrett
about the sd. Peircival comeing to London of wth.
she said Margrett replied she knew nothing when he would come out that
the said Peircival And at Chester & the other
Depont. William Shaw< no role > maketh Oath that he [..]
hath enquired after the said Peircival [..]
for near twelve months last past in order to [..]
the sd. Peircival wth: notice but was informed the
sd Peircival liv'd at the City of Chester
