who hath pleaded Guilty to an Indictment against him
for an assault is ordered to find sufficient sureties for his personall
appearance at the next General session of the Peace to be holden
for this county to submitt to such Fine as the Court shall then
think fitt to sett upon him for the said Obsence to Remain till
he find such sureties then to be Delivered paying his Fees 7s.
