and Libty aforesaid pursuant to an order
of Sessions of ye third of October 1716 do
Humbly certife to this Worll. court as
follows vizt:

That ye Respective constable
have had directions to make Returns to
this Court of all disorderly houses & other
nusances Commited, within ye Said City
and Libty. pursuant to the above mentio
ned order & one other order of Sessions
of ye Sixteenth of Aprill 1718 I have taken
a vein within ye sevll. parishes as ye said
order directs:

That in obedience to ye order
of Sessions of ye seventh of Jully 1720 . I
have Ishued out my presepts to ye Sevll
petty constabls within this City & Libty.

That in obedience to an
Warrant from this Court dated the: 23
day of June 1733 I have Ishued out my
presepts to ye sevll. petty constabls within
this City & Libty. to make their Returns
of ye freeholders and others in their sevll.
wards or denishons as ye sd. Warrant
directs which Returns are accordingly
made & by me deliverd in court

And I do further certifie that
all the Rules & orders made by this worsh
ipfull court shall be Efectually put in
Execution by
