who stands Indicted for an Assault Is to Remain untill
he find sufficient Sureties before one of his Maties Justices
of the Peace for this county to appear at the next General
Sessions of the peace to be holden for this county to plead
to the said Indictment then to be Delivered paying his
Fees 1s.

haveing been committed to the House of Correction at
Clerkenwell in the County for a Misdemeanour and being brought
this day before this Court in Order to be discharged This Court doth
Order that the said Thomas Hargrove< no role > be discharged out of the said
House of Correction But the said Thomas Hargrove< no role > now
behaveing himselfe in this Court in a very insolent impudent &
contemptnous manner To for this said contempt comitted to his
Maties Goal of Newgate there foremain untill he shall find
Sufficient Sureties before Thomas Deveil< no role > Esqr. one of his Maties
Justice of the peace for this County for the good behaviour of him
the said Thomas Hargrove< no role > for Such time as the said Mr. Deveil
Shall think fit

Estreated and he is Comitted to the House of Correccon aforesaid
thereto be kept to hard Labour for the Space of Six Months Then
