Oath that having entred into a Recognizance in this Cause to try his
Srowese at the last Adjornment of this Court being Ignorant
of the Lives expected that the Prosecutor should have given him
the Defendant Notice of Small and so through Inadvertency and
not with a Design to delay his [..] Small forfeited his recognizance
and upon a Certificate of the Clerk of the Peace
that he the Defendant
