that he this Depont. became bound by
Recognizance for the appearance of the
above William Westwood< no role > in last August
Sessions who as this Depont. is informed
& verily beleives stands indicted at this Court for an
Assault upon George Stannard< no role > & this
Depont. further maketh Oath that he
obtained a Bench Warrt. [..] issueing out
of this Court [..] on Tuesday the ninth
day of this instant October & this Depont.
[..] saith that he hath used his
utmost diligence & endeavours in
order to apprehend & take the sd.
William Westwood< no role > thereon in order
to bring him to Justice but hath not been
able so to doe.
