The King against [..] Benjamin Turner< no role >
Giles Brown< no role > of Bow in the County of Middx Gent Maketh
Oath that he this Deponent with John Turner< no role > joiner entered.
into two Recognizances before Justice Robinson for the Appearance
of Benjamin [..] Turner< no role > Senior to answer what should be Objected
against him by William Hart< no role > and Clement Paillett< no role > upon
Suspition of Felony and the said Turner Sen. never
appeared and this Deponent and the other Bayle Turner< no role >
Junior have used their utmost Endeovours and all
possible means in order to take and apprehend the
Said Deft. Turner Senior [..] and it hath realy Cost
this Dept. out of his own proper Mony's above Six pounds
in Expences and Messengers in Quest of him in order to
bring him to take his Tryall and have Obtained Horall
Bench, Warrts. against him and about Three Weeks
Suied this Deponent was well Informed that he the
said Turner the Deft. was at New Castle upon which
this Dept. sent Down the Last Warrt. in order to
take him [mark] with Five Guineas Reward on the takeing
and this Dept. expects Daily an answer of the Dept.
Turners being taken and also this Deponent Saith
that four Days Suied he was Further Informed of
the Defts. being at New Castle and he would bring him
up [..] before next Sessions.
