At the Session of Oyer and Terminer held for the Said County of
Middlesex at Hicks Hall in St. John Street in the said County by
Adjornment on Saturday the Fifteenth day September in the
Seventh Year of the Reign of his Matie George the Second of Great
Britain France and Ireland King Defender of the Faith.

who was tryed and Convicted upon an Indictment agt. him for
unlawfully entring an House with intent to Steal Goods To Fined
for the Said Offence 1s. which is Ordered to be Estreated And he is
to be Delivered out of New Prison aforesaid And is comited to
the House of Correccon at Clerkenwell in this County there to be
kept to hard Labour for one Week then to be Delivered
paying his Fees

who hath pleaded not Guilty to Four Severall Indictmnets agt.
him for uttering False and Counterfeit Money knowing the
same to be false and Counterfeit Is to Remain untill he find
Sufficient Sureties before Colonell Martin to whom it is referred
to take Such Sureties for his personall Apperance at the next
Session of Oyer and Terminer to be holden for this county to try
his Traverse upon each of the said Indictments And he is Ordered
to give timely Notice of the Names and places of Abode of the persons
he proposes for Such Sureties to the Sollicitor for the Mint in Order
that their Sufficiency may be inquited into Then to be Delivered after
haveing found Such Sureties paying his Fees upon each Indictments
4s:8d. in all 18s:8d.
