him for uttering false and Counterfeit money knowing
the same to be False and Counterfeit is to remain in
Newgate Prisonuntill he find Sufficient Suretys before
John Martin< no role > Esqr . to whom it is referred to take such
Suretys for his Personall Appearance at the next
Session of Oyer and Terminer to be Holden for this County
To try his Traverse upon the said Indictment and Mr.
North the Sollr. of the Mint is to have Notice of the
Bail And after having found such Suretys then to be
Delivered paying his Fees 4s.8d.
