Such Sureties to Mr. to Howgill of Grays June Sollicitor for the past
Office in order that their Sufficiency may be required into [..] To be Delivered
after haveing found Such Sureties paying his Fees 4s:8d.

who was tryed and Convicted upon an Indictment agt. him for uttering
false and Counterfeit money knowing the same to be false and
Counterfeit
is fined for the said Offence 1s. which is ordered to be Estreated and
he is to be Delivered out of New Prison aforesaid And is Comitted
to his Maties Goal of Newgate And he is Ordered to be putt and to
Stand in and upon the Pillory near Chareing Cross for the Space
of one Hour between the Hour of Twelve of the Clock at Noon
and two of the Clock in the afternoon on Such Pay as the Sheriff
of this County Shall forthwith Appoint with an Inscription in
paper to be putt on his breast denoteing his Offence And he is to
Remain in Newgate aforesaid for the Space of Twelve Months
And untill he give Sufficient Sureties for his good behaviour for the
Space of the Three Years before one of his Maties Justices of the peace for the County of Middlesex to comence from the Expiration of the said
Twelve Months And then to be Delivered Paying his Fees
