To the Right Worshipfull his Majesties Justices of the Peace for the
County of Middx in their General Sessions of the Peace Assembled

The Humble petition and Appeal of the Church wardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. James Writen
in the County of Middx

Sheweth


That by a Pass warrant or Order under the hands & seals of the
Gifford John Mener Esqrs. two of his Majesties Justices of the peas
for the said County of Middx bearing date the 20th. day of July last
Whereby Charles Scotchyfur< no role > and Elizabeth < no role > his wife & Jane < no role > the [..]
Child aged about Six years were Removed from & out os the Paris
of Saint Giles in the Feilds in the said County of Middx to the said
Parish of St. James As the place of their last Legal Settlement
By which your Petitioner think themselves Agrieved

And Therefore humbly Pray this Court
will please to appoint a time for Fearing
& Determining the said Appeal and that
will persons Concerned may Attend at the
Same time

And your Petitioners Shall Ever Pray
