Justices of the peace for the Countyandof Middx and
alsoe for the said Liberty of the Tower to make the said
proposall to the Inhabitants of the same Liberty, And to
desire their Resolution and Answer thereto,And to report
the sameto the Court of General Quarter or General
Sessions of the peace to be holden for the said County,
