Debtors with respect to the imprisonment of their persons,
And theClSaid Clerk of the peace is hereby directed
at the same time to acquaint their Lorepps [..] (as the Reason of this application) that the
right honble. the late Lord RaymondlateLord cheif [..]
Justices of his Maties Court of King's Bench , the right
honble. Sr. Robet Eyre< no role > Knt . Lord cheif Justice of the
& sr. Thomas Penge [..] Knt.
late Lord cheifJustice ofBaron of the Court of Exchequer
together with william Cowper< no role > Robert Thornhill< no role > &
John Milner< no role > Esqrs. three of his Maties Justices of
the peace of this County did (on their being attended
by the Keepers of the said Prisons) settle & ascertain
a Table of fees to be taken by the Keepers of the
said respective Prisons in civil actions And that
the said two Lord cheif Justices & three Justices of the
peace signeds one table of fees for each of the said
Prisons, But that the Lord cheife Baron goeing the
western Circuit and dying Upon the said Circuit
and the said Mr. Thornhill dying soon afterwards
Duplicates of the said tables of fees were not signed
in order to berecorded in the high Courts of Cham [..]
transmitted to the Courts of King Bench, Common Pleas
and Exchequer there to be entred and inrolled of Record
as is directed by the said Act, And It is [..]
