At the General Session of the peace of our sovereign Lord
the King holden for the County of Middx at Hicks hall in
St. John Street in the County aforesaid by adjornment
on Friday the eleventh day of May in the sixth yeare
of the reign of our sovereign Lord George the second
King of Great Britain France and Ireland Defender
of the Faith before William Cowper< no role > William Dobyns< no role >
Nicholas Jeffreys< no role > Thomas Dummer< no role > Esqr [..] and other
their Fellows Justices of our said Lord the King
assigned to keep the peace in the County aforesaid
and alsoe to heare and determine divers felonys
trespasses and other evil deeds committed in the same
County,

It is Ordered by this Court that the present and late
Churchwardens and petty Constables of the parish of
St. Giles in the fields in this County doe attend the Court
of the next General Quarter Session of the peace to be
holden for this County at Hicks hall in St. John
Street in the said County by adjornment on
Thursday the twenty eighth day of June next at
one of the clock in the afternoon of the same day
to shew cause why they have not paid the publick
moneys assessed by the Courts of General Quarter and
General Sessions of the peace holden for the said County
upon the aforesaid parish for releif of maimed
Soldiers and Mariners, for the Marshalsea Kings
Bench and hospitalls , for the passing and releiving
of Vagrants, and for repairing the publick [..]
of this County, Unto the high Constable of Holborne
Division (within which Division the said parish
doth by) that he might pay over the same unto the
proper Treasurers or Treasurer to whom the same
are payable,
