Middlesex to Wit At the [..] Session of Oyer and Terminer held for the
County of Middlesex at Hicks Hall in SaintStJohn Street in the sd.
County by Adjornment on Saturday the twelfth day of
may in the Sixth Year of the Reign of his now Matis
King George the Second of Great Britain France and
Ireland Defender of the Faith and so forth

who was Tryed and Convicted at this present Session upon an
Indictment aganist him for wilfull and Corrupt Perjury is fined
for the said Offence Due Shilling And he is Ordered to be putt is and
upon the Pillory at Norton Tolgate near the End of Hog Lane .
in this County for the Space of One Hour between the Hours
of Twelve of the clock at Noon and Two of the clock in the
afternoon on Such Day as the Sheriff of this County Shall
forthwith Appoint With an Inscription in Paper to be putt
upon his Breast denoteing his Offence And he is Countted
to the House of Correction at Clerkenwell in this County there
to be kept to hard Labour For the Space of six months, To Remain
till he Undergoe the said punishments and pay the said Fine
then to be Delivered paying his Fees 12s.8d.

Shillings and Four Pence which is Ordered to be Estreated and he
is Comitted to the House of Correccon aforesaid there to be kept to
