pay to the Churchwardens or Overseers of the poor of
the said Parish of Stanmore Magna the sum of one
Pound Seven Shillings and two pence for and towards
the extraordinary charges they have been at in
maintaining the said Ann Fern< no role > during the time of
her lying in, And that the Petitioner is alsoe by the said
Order Ordered to give Sufficient Security to the Church
Wardens and Overseers of the poor of the parish of
Stanmore Magna aforesaid for the due performance
of the aforesaid Order, And that the Petitioner thinking
himself aggrieved by the said Order and Adjudgment
of the said two Justices of the peace appeales to this
Court against the same, whereupon It is Ordered by
this Court that the benefit of the said petition and
appeale be saved unto the Petitioner, And that the
hearing and determining thereof be and the same
is hereby adjourned untill the next General
Sessions of the peace to be holden for the said County
of Middlesex , And that the Church wardens and Overseers
of the poor of the said parish of stanmore Magna
(upon notice of this Order) and all persons concerned
doe attend the Court of the said next General Sessions
of the peace to be holden for the County of Middlesex by
adjornment on Wednesday the ninth day of May
next at ten of the clock in the forenoon to heare and
abide the Judgment and determination of the same
Court touching the saidappeale,petition and
appeale,
