the matter of the said appeale was adjourned untill
this present General Sessions of the peace holden for the
said County, and the matter of the said appeale was
appointed to be heard & determined by this Court on
this present Friday the eleventh day of May instant,
Now Forasmuch as it appeareth to this Court that
the hearing of the said appeale should be further
adjourned It is further Ordered by this Court that
the benefit of the said appealeshould be further
adjourned be saved unto the said Appellants, And
that the hearing & determining thereof be and the
same is hereby further adjourned untill the next
General Quarter Sessions of the peace to be holden
for this County, And that the Churchwardens &
Overseers of the poor of both the said parishes and
all persons concerned doe attend the Court of the said
next General Quarter Sessions of the peace to be
holden for the said County by adjornment on
day of June next at ten of
the clock in the forenoon to heare & abide the
Judgment & determination of the same Court
touching the said appeale,
