At the General Quarter Sessions of the peace of our
Sovereign Lord the King holden for the County of
Middlesex at Hickshall in Saint John street in the said
County by adjournment on Tuesday the third day of
April in the sixth yeare of the reign of our sovereign
Lord George the Second King of Great Britain France
and Ireland Defender of the Fath before William
Cowper
< no role > John Martin< no role > Thomas Exelbee< no role > Alexander =
Garrett
< no role > Esqui Esquires and other their Fellows Justices
of our said Lord the King assigned to keep the peace
in the County aforesaid and alsoe to heare and
determine divers felonys trespasses and other evil
deeds committed in the same County,

Whereas Thomas Neal< no role > of the parish of Aldenham in
the Liberty of Saint Albans in the County of Hertford
hath exhibited his humble petition and appeal unto
this Court Setting forth that by an Order made by
William Dobyns< no role > and Thomas Inwood< no role > Esquires two
of his Majesties Justices of the Peace for the County of
Middlesex (Quorumununus being therein mentioned)
dated the seventeenth day of March one thousand
seven hundred and thirty two the Petitioner is adjudged
to be the putative Father of a Female Bastard child
then lately born in the parish ofStanm Stanmore
Magna in the said County of Middlesex on the body of
Ann Fern< no role > and in the said Order mentioned likely to be
chargeable to the said parish of Stanmore Magna ,
And It is alsoe by the said Order Ordered that the [..]
Petitioner should weekly and every week from the
twentyeth day of March and so long as the said child
should be chargeable to the said parish of Stanmore
Magna pay the Churchwardens or Overseers of the poor of the said Parishfor the time being the sum of two Shillings
a week for and towards the maintenance of the said
child, And It isfurther Orderedby the said Order
further Ordered that the Petitioner should immediately
