To the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the
Parish of Saint James within the Liberty of Westminster
in the County of Middlesex And to the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the poor of the parish of Kensington in the
said County and to Each and Every of them

Middlesex to wit

Whereas Complaint hath been made unto us two
of his Majesties Justices of the peace for the County
Aforesaid (one whereof being of the Quorum) by the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the said
parish of Saint James That John Bellote< no role > Ann < no role > his wife
and Frances < no role > their Child are lately Come and Intruded
into your said parish of Saint James Endeavouring to Settle
there Contrary to Law and are likely to become Chargeable
to the said parish of Saint James Wee the said Justices upon
Examination of the premisses taken before us upon Oath
and Order Circumstances do Adjudge the same to be true
And do also Adjudge the place of the last legal Settlement
of the said John Ballote to be in the said parish of Kensington

These are therefore in his Majesties came to
Require you on Sight hereof to Remove and Convey
the said John Bellote< no role > Ann his wife and their said Child
from and Out of your Said parish of Saint James to
the said parish of Kensington and them Deliver unto
the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor there
Or to some or one of them who are hereby required to
Receive and provide for them According to Low
Given under our hands and Seals this Twentieth
day of April One thousand Seven Hundred and
thirty three
