To the Right Worshipfull his Majesties Justices of the peace
for the County of Middlesex in Generall Sessions Assembled

The humble Petition and Appeale of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the poor of the parish of Saint Giles without
Cripplegate in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth


That by a Warrant or order under the hands and Seales of
Nicholas Jeffreys< no role > and Robert Hinde< no role > James Esquires two of his Majesties
Justices of the peace for the said County of Middlesex (quorum
unus) being therein mentioned, bearing date the third day of
Aprill One thousand Seven hundred and thirty three one
A [..] Wilson Sarah Wilson< no role > aged about twenty two yeares was removed from the parish of Saint Andrew
Holborn above the Barrs in the said County to the said parish
of SaintAndrewGiles without Cripplegate as the place of the
last legall Settlement of the saidA [..] Wilson Sarah Wilson< no role >

That your Petitioner find themselves aggrieved by the said
Warrant or Order of the said Two Justices of the peace , And
humbly Appeales to this Court against the same

Your Petitioner therefore prays this
Court to appoint a day this present
Sessions for all parties concerned to
attend this Court touching the said
Appeale

And your Petitioners Shall pray
