Upon hearing of the appeale of the Churchwardens &
Overseers of the poor of the parish of St. George the
Martyr
in this Countyagainst an Orderwhich set forth
that by an Order or Pass Warrant under the hands & Seales

in the said County to the said parish of St. George the
Martyr
as the place of their last legal Settlement, And
that thereby the Petrs. conceived themselves aggrieved
and appealed to this Court against the same, And upon
hearing of what was alledged by Councell for the
Inhabitants of the said parish of St. Giles in the fields
& alsoe by Councell for the Inhitants of the sd parish of
St. George the Martyr
This Court doth disallow of the
said appeale, And doth ratify & confirm the aforesaid
Order of the said two Justices of the peace, and the same
is hereby ratifyed & confirmed accordingly
