The humble Petition & Appeal of the Churchwardens &
Overseers of the poor of the Parish of St. Margaret
Westmr. in the Said County.

Sheweth

That by Virtue [..] Warrt. under the hands & Seals of
John Ellis< no role > & Oliver Lambert< no role > Esqrs . two of his Maties Justices of
the Peace for the said County bearing Date the 25th. day of
March last Ann Jennings< no role > Widow of John Jennings< no role > and her
Twins David < no role > and Thomas < no role > Aged about three Quarter of a Year
was removed from and out of the parish of St. James Westmr.
in the said County to the Said Parish of St. Margaret Westmr .
as the place of their Lawfull Settlement.

That Your Petrs. Thinking themselves Agreived by the
Judgement of the said Two Justices humbly Appeal to your
Worsps. against the same.

Therefore humbly pray your Worships will
please to Order That the Church Wardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of St.
James Westmr. may attend this Court some Day
this Quarter Sessions to hear and abide the
final Determination of this Court touching the
said Appeal.
