instant And the same then now comeing on to be heard by
this Court in the presence of Councell on both sides
This Court on hearing of what was alledged by
the Councell on either side was then of opinion
that the said appeale should be allowed, But on
further consideracon of the matter in question whichis
de [..] providing the
then was whether the said Edward
Davis
< no role > late husband of the said Frances Davis< no role > & late Father
of the said two children did serve one Mary Pugh< no role >
at West Bromwich in the County of Warwick as
her hired Servant for the Space of one whole yeare,
or not, which service This Court is now of opinion
was not fully proved on behalfe of the said
Appellants, It is Ordered by this Court that the said
appeale be dismissed and the said Order of removall
confirmed unless the said Appellants shall on the
fourth day of the next General Quarter Sessions of
the peace to be holden for the said County of Middx
(to witt) Thursday the twenty ninth day of April
now next ensueing make at ten of the clock in the
forenoon of the same day (to which time this
Court doth adjourn the determinacon of the
matter of the said appeale) make full proof in the
Court of the said next Quarter Sessions that the said
Edward Davis< no role > the Father did serve the said Mary
Pugh
< no role > at West Bromwich aforesaid in the said
County of Warwick as her hired servant for the
space of one whole yeare, And notice ofthe
this Order is to be given to the sd. Appellants or
some or one or them within a fortnight now
next ensueing,
