his wife both deced (who on is alledged in the said Order) hath lately intruded
herself into the said Parish of St. Giles
in the feilds and was likely to become
chargeable to the same, was Remov'd from the said Parish of St: Giles in the
fields
to the said Parish of Kingston upon Thames
as the place of her last
legal Settlement
That your Petitioners finding themselves agreiv'd by the said Warrt.
or Order of Removal of the said two Justices, humbly Appeal to the Court agt.

Your Petitioners and Appellants therefore humbly Pray, that
this Court will be pleas'd to appoint a day for the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of St: Giles in the
Feilds, and all other Persons concern'd to attend this Court
this present Sessions to hear and abide the Judgmt. & determination
of this Court upon and touching the said Appeal, and that the said
Appellants may be Releiv'd therein according to Law.
