To the Rt. Worpll. his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the County of
Middx in their General Quarter Sessions Assembled

The Humble Petition and
Appeal of the Churchwardens and Overseers of
the Poor of the Parish of St. George the Martys
in the said County of Middx

Sheweth


That by an Order or Pass Warrant under the hands
and Seals of John Milner< no role > and Henry Broadhead< no role > Esqrs .
two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the said County
(Quorum Unus) bearing Date the Fifth Day of April
Instant Ann Taylor< no role > Widow of Charles Taylor< no role > (but in the said
order said to be the widow of George Taylor< no role > ) and their four
Children (Vizt.) Charles < no role > aged nine Years and upwards Thos.< no role >
aged almost seven Years Elizabeth < no role > aged three years and John < no role > aged
about Eight Months were removed from and out of the Parish
of St. Giles in the Fields in the said County to the [..]
St George the Martyr as the place of last [..] legal settlement.

That there by yor. Petrs. humbly conceive
themselves aggrieved and appeal to yor. Worps against
the same

Yor. Petrs. therefore humbly pray that
Yor. Worps will be pleased to order that
the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of St Giles in the
Fields in the said County may be ordered
to attend this Court some day this
present Sessions to hear and abide the
Judgment and Determination of the sd.
Court touching the said Appeal
