The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Overseers of
the Poor of the Liberty of the Old Artillery ground
in the sd County

Sheweth

That by a Warrant or Order Dated the Twenty third Day
of January one Thousand Seven hundred and Thirty under the hands and
Seals of Alexander Garrett< no role > and Thomas Exelbe< no role > [..] Esqrs two of his Majestys
Justices of the Peace for the sd county (Quor un) Elizabeth Forward< no role > an Infant
Aged about four years Daughter of Joseph Forward< no role > was removed from the
Parish of Christ Church Spittlefeilds in the sd County to the sd Liberty of the
Old Artillery ground as the place of her last Legal Settlement

That your Petitionrs find themselves Agreived by the Warrt. as Order
of the sd two Justices and humbly appeal against the same

Yor Petitionrs therefore humbly pray you will be pleasd
to Order the ChurchWard and Overseers of the Poor
of the sd Parish of Christ Church and all other persons
Concerned to attend this Court some Day this prsent Sessions
to hear and abide the Judgement and Determination of
this Court touching the sd premisses and that yor Petitioners
may have such releif therein as to Justice and Law Doth
Appertain
