Danes in the County of Middx Gentl Maketh Oath That he this Deponent was
present and did see Ja: Clitherow< no role > and Jno. Tarver< no role > Esqrs. Two of his majestyes
Justices of the peace in and for the said County of Middx respectively signe
each of the Certificates hereunto annexed And this Deponent further Saith
That he did on monday the Twelfth day of this Instant October Serve mr Thomas
Wilkinson< no role > the Prosecutor in these Causes with notices in writeing purporting
that the Court at Hicks Hall in St. John Street would be moved at the then present
Sessions Vizt as on this day That affine might be sett upon the said Inhabitants
and that the said Indictments might be discharged by desivering such notices
as aforesaid to Mrs. Coventry the said Mr Wilkinsons Housekeeper at his
house in new Brentford who promised to deliver the same to the said Mr.
Wilkinson.
