Upon hearing of the appeale of the Church wardns.
and Overseers of the poor of the parish of St.
Dunstan in the West London against an Order
under the hands & seales of John Ellis< no role > & Richd. Gifford< no role > Esqrs [..] two of his Maties Justices of the
peace for the County of Middx (Quorum unus)
bearing date the third day of January last
whereby Prudence< no role > wife of William Hornby< no role >
was removed from the parish of St. Giles in the
fields in the said County of Middx to the sd. parish
of St. Dunstan in the West as the place of the last
legal settlemt. of the sd. William Hornby< no role > and
Prudence< no role > his wife (the hearing & determining
of which appealewasby vertue of two severall
Orders, the one made at the last Generall Quarter
Sessions and the other made at the last General
Sessions of the peace holden for the said County
of Middx, was & stands adjourned untill this
present General Sessions of the peace holden for
the same County) And Upon hearing of what
was alledged by Councell for the Inhabitants
of the said parish of St. Giles in the fields &
alsoe by Councell for the Inhabitants of the
