Upon hearing of the appeale of the Churchwardens &
Overseers of the poor of the Parish of Great Shelford
in the County of Cambridge against an Order under the
hands & Seals of Thomas Talboys< no role > & Ralph Harwood< no role > Esqrs
two of his Maties Justices of the peace for the County
of Middx (Quorum unus) bearing date the Sixth day of
February last whereby Susana Burnett< no role > widdow late
wife of Barnett< no role > als Barnaby Burnett< no role > deced an Irishman
(who as is therein alledged never gained any settlement
in this Kingdom) with her two children (vizt) Eleanor< no role >
aged about two Yeares & Barnett< no role > aged about eight weeks
were removed from the Parish of St. Leonard Shoreditch
in the said County of Middx to the said Parish of Great
Shelford in the County of Cambridge as the place of the
last legall settlement of the saidSussana Susana Burnett< no role > & her
said two children And upon hearing of what was alledged
by Councell for the Inhabitants of the said Parish of
St Leonard Shoreditch and alsoe by Councell for the
Inhabitants of the said Parish of Great Shelford This
Court doth allow of the said appeale And doth vacate &
discharge the aforesaid Order of the said two Justices of
the peace and the same is hereby vacated & discharged
accordingly.
