of Councell for the sd Appellants Alleadging that they Cannot at prsent

be furthur adjourned This Court on hearing of what was Alleadged
on either side doth Order that the hearing of the sd Appeale be
Adjourned Untill the next Generall Sessions of the Peace to be Holden
for the sd County of Middx And that on produceing the Order of remove
in Question or an Order of the Same Date & Import under the hands
& Seals of the sd Thos: Railton< no role > & Richd: Farwell< no role > Esqrs . the Matter of the
sd Appeale shall be heard & determined at such time as the Court
of the sd next Generall Sessions shall in that behalfe Order &
Appoint And it is hereby recomended by this Court unto the sd
