To the Worshipfull His Majesties Justices of the Peace for the County of
Middlesex at Hicks's Hall in St. John Street in their Generall Quarter Sessions
assembled.

The humble Petition and Appeal of the Church Wardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Sepulchres
London .

Sheweth


That by Vertue of an Order or Pass Warrant under the
hands and Seals of two of His Majesties Justices of the Peace for the said
County of Middlesex (quorn unus) bearing date the sixteenth day of
January last one Sarah Wilson< no role > aged about Eleven Years and Richard Wilson< no role > aged about Nine Years the law full House of Richard Wilson< no role > Senior and
Sarah< no role > his Wife were removed from the Parish of St. Leonard Shoreditch in the
said County of St. Sepulchres in the City of London adjudging the
said Parish of St. Sepulchres to be place of the last legall Settlement of
the said Sarah Wilson< no role > and Richard Wilson< no role > .

That Your Petitioners conceiving themselves aggrieved by the said
Warrant and Judgment of the said two Justices

Humbly Appeal to Your Worships therefrom and pray that the Church
Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of St. Leonard
Shoreditch may be ordered to attend and hear and abide the Determinacon
of this Court touching this appeal.
