It is ordered by this Court that the matter of the appeal within
menconed be saved to the Appellants and that the hearing &
determinacon thereof be adjourned to the second day of the next
genal quarter Sessions of the peace to be held for this County
on Tuesday the seventh day of April next at ten of the clock in
the forenoon at Hicks Hall aforesaid and that the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor
of the parish of St Margarets Westminster in the said County of
Middlx have due notice given them of this appeal, and that they &
all other Parties concerned doe attend his Majesties Justices of the
Peace for this County who will be then & there assembled in
Sessions, to hear & abide the Judgment & determinacon of the Court upon &
touching the Said appeal
