Upon reading the humble peticon & appeale of the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the parish
of St. Peter le Poor

exhibited unto this Court
settingforth that by vertue of an Order dated the fourth
day of April one thousand seven hundred & thirty

aged about forty yeares (widow
of Samuel

her son aged about three
yeares were passed from the parish of St. Ann Westmr
in the sd County of Middx to the said parish of St. Peter
le poor
London as the place of their last legall
settlement, And that the Petrs. conceive themselves
aggrieved by the said Order, and therefore appeale to
this Court against the same, whereupon at the request
of the Petrs. It is Ordered by this Court that the benefit of
the said appeale be saved unto them, And that the hearing
& determining thereof be adjourned untill the next
Generall Sessions of the peace to be holden for the said
County of Middx And that the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the poor of the said parish of St. Ann
Westmr
(upon notice of this Order) and all persons
concerned doe attend the Court of the [..] said next
General Sessions of the peace to be holden for the same
County by adjornmt. on Wednesday the thirteenth day of
