To the Rt: Worspll: His Maties Justices of the peace
for the County of Middx Assembled in their General
Quarter Sessions.

The humble Peticon & Appeale of the Churchwardens
& Overseers of the poor of the parish of St: Giles in the
Fields in the County of Middx.

Sheweth


That by an Order or Pass Warrt: under the hands &
Seales of John Beaver< no role > and Samuell Gray< no role > Esqrs : two of his
Maties Justices of the peace for the said County bearing date
the tenth day of Febry last Elizabeth Jones< no role > aged thirty
Five years the Wife of William Jones< no role > and their two Children
Vizt: Jane< no role > aged thirteen & Elizabeth< no role > aged Nine years were
removed from & out of the parish of St: Paul Covent
Garden in the said County to the sd. parish of St. Giles in
the fields as the place of their last legal settlement,

That yor. Petrs: thinking themselves aggrieved
by the Order of the said two Justices humbly appeale
against the same to this Court,

Yor: Petrs: therefore humbly pray that yor: Worsp
will be please to Order That the Churchwardens
& Overseers of the poor of the parish of St: Paul
Covent Garden may attend this Court some
day this present Quarter Sessions the hear and
abide the Judgemt and Determination of
this Court touching the said Appeale

And yor: Petr: shall ever pray Etc
