The Humble Peticon and Appeale of the Church
Wardens and Overseers of the poor of the parish
of Hillington in the said County

Sheweth

That by Order under the Hands and Seales of John Weedon< no role > and
William Bowyer< no role > Esqrs. two of his Maties: Justices of the Peace for
the said County of Middx (Quor nuns) bearing date the Seventh
day of November last past John Nicholls< no role > and Sarah< no role > his wife
with John Nicholls< no role > Thomas Nicholls< no role > and Sarah Nicholls< no role > their
Children were removed from the Town of Uxbridge in the said
County to the said Parish of Hillington as the place of their last
legall Settlement

Yor. Petrs. thinking themselves aggrieved by the said Order
appeale to this Court against the same

And humbly pray that this Court will be pleased
to Appoint a day this present Sessions for hearing
and determining the said Appeale

And Yor. Petrs. shall ever pray Etc
