Mary Le Strand in the County of Middlex and to the
Church-wardens and Overseers of the poor of the
parish of Saint Andrews Holbourn in ye. County aforsd.

WHEREAS Complaint hath been made by you, unto us
whole Hands and Seals are hereunto fet, two of his Ma-
jesty's Justices of the Peace (Quorum unus) for theCounty
aforesaid, ThatAnn Mooney< no role > wife of peter Mooney< no role > and
her two Children Mary Mooney< no role > aged four years and upwards
and Elianor Mooney< no role > aged three years [..]
lately intrudedthemselvesinto your saidParish
ofMary le Strand there to inhabit asPaishioner, contrary to
the Laws relating to the Settlement of the Poor, andarethere
likely to become chargeable, if not timely prevented And,
whereas, upon due Examination and Enquiry made into the Pre-
misesupon Oath
it appears unto us, and we accordingly ad-
judge, That the SaidAnn Mooney< no role > and her said two children

Strand to theparish of St. Andrews Holborne aforesaid, andThemdeliver
to the Church wardens and Overseers of the Poor there, or some, or
one of them, together with this our Warrant or Order, or a true
Copy hereof, whereby they are likewise requir'd, in his Majesty's
Name, and by Virtue of the Statutes in such Case made, forthwith
